  The Solace Tree is an organization of care-giving professionals and volunteers committed to supporting grieving children and teens. Its purpose is to facilitate healing through grief and loss education. The Solace Tree provides a safe place for children, teens, young adults and their families who are grieving a death to share their experiences.   WIND Youth Services is a local non-profit 501(c)(3) agency that was established in 1994 to directly address the immediate and long-range needs of the Sacramento area homeless, runaway, and street youth and their families.
